This a group for anyone interested in practicing Tai Chi and Qi Gong to enhance health and prevent illness. Tai Chi and Qi Gong are ancient Chinese practices that combine deliberate movements, meditation and breathing exercises. They are excellent fitness activities that can help restore your energy and improve your circulation, balance and alignment.
Master Cai has been practicing Tai Chi and Qi Gong for more than 50 years. He is the head coach of Xiaxing Wushu Association of Hawaii. Master Cai will lead the group beginning January 12, 2019.
Tai Chi and Qi Gong are great ways to stay active and vital. Please join us every Saturday at Magic Island from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm.
