We meet to Laugh! Our sessions are led by Certified Laughter Yoga Leaders. Laughter Yoga is fun and easy - everyone can do it. Sessions include simple stretching, breathing, easy and playful laughter exercises, and relaxation. Laughter is the best medicine - it will lower your stress and improve your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health. It will leave you feeling GREAT. And it's FUN!

Laughter Yoga is a deceptively simple, yet very powerful and potentially life-changing, form of exercise that anybody can do — anytime, anywhere. Its core premise is that your body can and knows how to laugh, regardless of what your mind has to say; Laughter Yoga is a body-mind approach to laughter, as opposed to mind-body. The distinction is very important. Here you do not need to have a sense of humor, know jokes, or even be happy. Laughter Yoga invites you to laugh by choice, not by chance. You start with an intention to laugh as an exercise and quickly the "simulated" laughter becomes real laughter. Practicing laughter yoga helps us to rediscover our innate playfulness that we all had as children and many of us have lost in being too busy, serious and important adults. If you want to have more play and joy in your life, this practice is for you!

Here we don't laugh because we feel happy, we feel happy because we laugh.
