This a regular class on all Monday evenings (unless it is a Bank Holiday).
Meditation is always part of the evening and there is usually an exploration of a particular Buddhist Theme. The evening is lead by members of the Triratana Buddhist Order. Often this is Nandaketu and Saddhabhaya, we are local Buddhists connected with the London Buddhist Centre who wished to see activities closer to home.
The group is now well established and attracts a diverse and friendly collection of people. Many come very regularly but others drop in when they like and there is usually a few people completely new to the Group - you are very welcome whatever your level of curiosity, interest or commitment.
In line with the Buddhist tradition of Dana, there is no charge for the class, but a bowl is available for donations. A typical donation is £5 but you are free to decide yourself.
