Nutrition to Promote Health, and Outdoor Exercise

Beginning in March, we'll have Qigong exercise, followed by
nutrition discussion. The discussion is based on a free online class
"Nutrition for Health Promotion and Disease Prevention" offered by
University of California San Francisco.
