BUTI YOGA IN THE PARK
This week there will be a new location for classes!
45 - 60 minutes outdoor yoga class from in the field in front of (east of) the playground & picnic table areas by the parking lot & paved trailhead.
After class if you would like you can walk the unpaved Outer Loop & Riparian Loop Trails, app 2.2 miles. This is a beautiful walk and a nice time slow down & enjoy nature! Or enjoy the preserve as you would like! There are also paved trails and picnic tables for just resting & relaxing. see map:
BUTI is a high-intensity workout that fuses yoga and dance with circuits of plyometrics and conditioning. The bass is pounding which allows you to let go, feel the music, and awaken the shakti flow!
Be prepared to definitely burn some calories but most important have FUN!
** The class is done without shoes
What to Bring??
Yoga Mat, Water, Towel
