Are you feeling burnt out? Are you stressed? Have things gotten overwhelming? Do you have trouble sleeping, either falling asleep or staying asleep?

When was the last time you felt deeply rested? How about a break?

Let's meet regularly each week to do a few rounds of yoga nidra. Nothing elaborate involving inversions or advanced stretches, just listening to recordings on YouTube and meditation apps. I am also certified now, so I can lead sessions as well. :D

Bring a yoga mat, a blanket, and maybe some pillows to get ready for deep relaxation. :)
