Lutherville Home of Don & Ginny Robertson

Ginny and Don Robertson love presenting great music in the intimate setting of our Lutherville home. Our concert series has been well attended and well received... great music and good vibes... You might like to join our house concerts Meetup group for monthly notifications and reminders. http://www.meetup.com/House-Concerts-at-Ginny-Dons/ Our September 16 concert will feature soul-stirring, transformational music by two outstanding and celebrated artists. We're delighted that singer/songwriter Bob Sima, one of our big favorites, will be returning to our venue to share his inspiring words and messages, and excited that singer/songwriter John Stringer will also be joining us. Bob Sima is an award-winning singer-songwriter, spiritual teacher, and musical mystic who has been called “Eckhart Tolle with a guitar”. With no musical training, he has creatively channeled 8 award winning albums and built a national following. The music that comes through him will vibrate with your spirit exactly where you are. He is a troubadour, a way-shower, a guide, an awakener, and a musical mystic through the medium of melody. Bob performs with his on-stage and off-stage partner and creative collaborator, Shannon Plummer (www.speakmypassion.com). Shannon is a shamanic practitioner, intentional creation coach, artist, and singer. All of their work is influenced, inspired, and integrated with Bob’s music as the foundation to create lessons and workshops that will touch your community. Together they amplify each other’s gifts into a divine combination that will lead the soul to truth and peace. They lead life-changing experiential talks, workshops, music meditations, weekend retreats, and powerful concert experiences. All of their collective offerings can be viewed at www.WeAreBoldlyGoingNowhere.com Bob Sima was recently received a well-deserved Posi (pozzy) Award in the category of Personal Transformation, for his wonderful song "No Mud No Lotus" from the 2018 album "The Movers the Shakers and the Peacemakers". Here’s what Rickie Byars Beckwith, a renowned recording artist and Music Director for Agape International Spiritual Center, said about John Stringer: "More than a singer, John Stringer is a messenger with music that just makes the world better. His heart is pure and when he sings, everyone knows that someone special is shifting the energy and bringing mighty blessings through his music." John Stringer is a life teacher and healer, a speaker, billboard charting singer-songwriter, and author with a passion for music, community, expansion and limitless love and light. • House Concert featuring Harmonessence

Lutherville Home of Don & Ginny Robertson

Ginny and I are happy to announce our first house concert for 2018. We’re looking forward to hosting a concert by a Baltimore based vocal group of six women who call themselves Harmonessence. Our friend Jill Pekofsky sings and sometimes plays guitar with the group. She says that the group happened “sort of by accident. As members of another, larger group, 3 of us were working on an acapella song in 3 part harmony, and we thought “What if we added another voice to each part?” and when we did, the magic happened! After that we added a few more songs, performed at a couple of Centers for Spiritual Living and finally, last April, did our first non-church performance at Mad City Coffee in Columbia. We are 6 women who love vocal harmony, love lifting spirits, love each other and singing together, and love sharing what we do with others. We are excited to have begun the recording process for all that ask us where our CD’s are, and to have a house concert booked for the spring, along with our spiritual center/church bookings. With our love of harmony being the essence of our music, the name Harmonessence was born. It also describes how we try to be in the world, interacting with harmony and love.” “One Voice” by Harmonessence https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bBX7Y6GXE2o Listen to more music by Harmonessence: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC_GbJE0zrMH_iZxqlXZRVsw Suggested donation is $20.
