This FREE 90 minutes session will help you learn how to meditate easily or improve your meditation (All levels will benefit).
You will be guided to feel your spiritual heart by doing very simple heart strengthening exercises. No meditation experience needed. Beginners will learn how to meditate without effort and enjoy right away the beauty of using their spiritual heart: the center of peaceful feelings, calmness and true happiness :)
