Agile Manifesto includes self-organizing teams as a key principle, saying that “the best architectures, requirements, and designs emerge from self-organizing teams.” How do we achieve this, as a Scrum Master for your Scrum team? Is there a formula to achieve self-organizing teams? It is difficult to achieve the goal but surely possible with conscious effort of the Scrum Master. How do you replicate this success with other Scrum teams in the organization.
