Great interaction design comes from understanding who we are building for and what those users need to do. Personas and scenarios make great tools to model and understand these needs. Personas allow us to identify different user groups and talk about them efficiently; scenarios allow us to understand work processes and look for requirements. In this workshop, we’ll introduce both of these concepts, and then talk about ways we can abridge these ideas for your own use or to teach to non-designers in your Enterprise. At the end, participants will create their own personas and scenarios to apply them in a collaborative design exercise.
