What we're about
Our group is for anyone interested in learning about and practicing meditation. This includes Buddhist meditation and general breathing/mindfulness meditation. We welcome anyone who may be interested in meditation, Eastern philosophy, and other contemplative practices.
**PLEASE NOTE: You and various groups are welcome to add your meditation-related events to this calendar. Please contact the organizer and we will be happy to help. Not all events may be for all members, as we all have our own traditions and preferences.
