“Bryn was introduced to meditation at the age of 10 as a part of his martial arts training. In the intervening years, he has studied various meditation traditions, both spiritual and practical, including vipassana, Vajrayana visualization techniques, Transcendental Meditation, and Sudarshan Kriya. He is fascinated by the intersection of modern neuroscience and ancient techniques for mindfulness cultivation, and is excited to see meditation gaining mainstream popularity outside of the spiritual and religious contexts in which it first emerged.”
