What we’re about
This friendly and welcoming book club meets each month to discuss one of the many wonderful body, mind, spirit books that focus on life's big questions and challenges.
Joining in friendship as fellow travelers along the great and magical journey of life, we are a supportive, inclusive and light-hearted group. Please join us if you can! Open to everyone with refreshments included, the group meets at the Tree of Life Centre, 143 Portland Road, Hove, BN3 5QJ on the first Monday of the month between 6:30-7:45pm. Attending is free of charge; donations of £2 are welcome but not required. Led by local yoga teacher, Jess Wingate, with admin support from Simon Fuller, you are welcome to contact us for more information or to let us know that you can attend.
