Dealing with stress, Anxiety or Depression, this group is designed to help understand our stressors and how to help deal with them. Meetings will consist of Meditation and Grounding to help create a safe space where everyone can share experiences and ideas.
Each meeting you will leave with something to try out to help you in your situation.
Meetings will include the following and more, Aromatherapy,Acupressure, Energy Massage, Sound Therapy, Crystals, Breathing techniques, Yoga, Chakra Balancing and Guest Speakers in Holistic Healing and Lifestyle.
