The 13th meetup of the Detroit 'How to Start a Startup' series!
This week's topic: Later-Stage Advice (Sam Altman)
This group gathers to watch and discuss lectures from the recent 'How to Start a Startup' course taught at Stanford. Organized by Sam Altman, president of Y combinator, this is an awesome crash course on how to start successful companies and features some of the world's best entrepreneurs (Peter Thiel, Brian Chesky, Reid Hoffman, Marc Andreeseen, and more). Each meeting we will watch one talk from the class and then discuss & network....
Bizdom will be hosting and sponsoring this event, which means free food and beer and an awesome location! Bizdom is a startup accelerator that helps entrepreneurs launch, fund and grow, innovative, web and tech-based startups ( http://bizdom.com/) .
