The following topics will often be explored and discussed: -Chronic Disease Self-Management, tools and strategies. -Mindfulness as a way to manage the symptoms of Chronic Disease. -The healing power of Nutrition and Exercise. -The healing power of community and connection. -The healing power of service. Group members are encouraged to share experiences, recipes for healthy eating and techniques for staying fit and healthy.
For many, dealing with chronic means carefully thinking about what we eat. Foods are a big part of our healing process. Let 's get together and share our experiences about healing through good foods. We'll also share tips on grocery shopping, labels reading and meal preparation ahead for hard days. Family and friends are welcome! You can't come in?
