Longevity advances have graced us with a vibrant new talent pool – those at or nearing their 60s who are too young to be done, but who crave meaningful, flexible work for this encore career chapter, which could span a decade or more. Join Jeff Tidwell, Founder of Next for Me, and Donna Kastner, Founder of Retirepreneur, for valuable insights and connect with like-minded people who are striving to answer this big question: What’s next for me? Topics for this workshop include generational blending, the power of positivity and developing a positive mindset and a look at career transition expert Kerry Hannon’s new book Never too Old to Get Rich.

Kastner is the founder of Retirepreneur.com, a digital learning community where pre-retirees can tap just-in-time insights. She serves as a professional speaker/consultant/session designer in the Trade Show & Conference industry and regularly hosts workshops at colleges and universities and other professional organizations. Tidwell is the founder of Next for Me, a resource that connects and inspires individuals to evolve their post-50 lives through new work, new purpose or a new social contribution. He also founded his consulting practice, prepop, specializing in marketing and user experience strategies for startups.
