I created this group to inform and share with others the amazing benefits and joys of barefoot hiking. Barefoot hiking has an incredible effect on your whole body; improves posture, balance, and flexibility and is less prone to injuries. Once you experience barefoot hiking, I think you too will appreciate how joyful it is to feel the direct connection with the earth! Interested in learning how to hike barefoot? Or maybe you are an experienced barefoot hiker and want to get together with other barefoot hikers. Periodic classes will be offered. Learn to hike strenuous and rocky climbs like Breakneck Ridge.
