What we’re about
A group in the area of Orange County NY and surrounding counties (Rockland NY, Sullivan NY, Ulster NY, Sussex County NJ) interested in playing tabletop roleplaying games (RPGs) with an emphasis on older games such as:
Advanced Dungeons & Dragons 1st & 2nd Editions, Basic / Expert D&D, Gamma World 1st-4th Editions, Rolemaster, Traveller, Marvel Super Heroes...
or modern "retroclones" or similar RPGs that were inspired by the older games: Swords & Wizardry, OSRIC, Labyrinth Lord, Mutant Future, Stars Without Number, 4C, Icons...
You don't have to be familiar with the older games to join us. Most RPGs of this era don't require knowing anything beyond a few core game mechanics that you can pick up during play. Plus, a lot of them have FREE PDFs of rules available!
