Hula fit is a fun way to tone your body and your improve cardiovascular fitness. Classes are fun and uses a range of low-energy, low-impact to high-energy and high-intensity. Classes will always be tailored for you so all levels of fitness are welcome.
Weighted hoops are used throughout the classes on and off body. Hoops are used on the body to engage the core while adding traditional aerobic steps to get a full body workout. We also use the hoops off body as weights to help tone the body.
