🦋The intention of this group is to bring awareness to a Fun and Positive way to exercise that brings the past to the present with “Hula-Hooping” for fitness.

🦋Explore Power Hooping with weighted hoops and/or Fitness and Dance hooping with lighter weight hoops .

🦋Did you know that 30 minutes of hula-hooping is comparable to power yoga, boot camp and cardio kickboxing. You can burn up to 400 calories per hour!

🦋If you are CURIOUS about Adult Hula Hoop Fitness come to a “Beginner Class:

You will learn:

-the benefits of Hooping for Fitness

-what muscles you are using

-the proper way to Adult Hoop/keep the hoop up

-Intro to basic stretch movements

-get you started on a basic personal hoop endurance challenge(ex hoop consistently for 3-10 min daily)
