Many, many of us have found ourselves trapped in emotionally draining jobs -- burnout, loneliness, stress, depression are all on the rise. Companies are investing less in leadership, EQ and collaboration training at the same time that courageous and collaborative leaders are needed more than ever!

This workshop will provide you with a simple process for navigating into your productivity and creative sweet spot - using science-backed mindfulness and psychological tools.

Note: this works is grounded in Design Thinking techniques and Organizational Psychology and Mindfulness while it may help to have some familiarity with both - they are not pre-requisites.
