Nothing, you can help us pay for the picnic in one of two ways:

Renew your membership with HCCO. Levels range from $10 to $1000. Every little bit helps with operating costs and doing events like the picnic and monthly events. Join online, click here (http://www.hcco.org/civicrm/contribute/transact?reset=1&id=1)!

If you’ve already joined or would like to just donate, you can donate directly through Meetup (http://www.meetup.com/HumanistOhio/events/222033724/). Suggested donations start at $5, but we’re happy to accept more.

The shelter house is located in a local metro park with hiking/biking trails and lots of beautiful outdoor area to socialize and play in.

We’ll provide a table with some interactive activities for kids and games.

We’ll need some help with this party. We’ll need assistance with the following: setup and teardown. We are also open to community members volunteering to entertain during the picnic. Email Rose at [masked] to volunteer.

Food Drive:

Please bring non-perishable goods to demonstrate Humanist values within our community. All collected food will be given to a local food pantry to help alleviate hunger in our area.

Pets are welcome on the Goldenrod trail, which is somewhat close to our shelter house. Please make sure to keep your pet leashed at all times and to clean up after any messes it may make
