Join Humanists Doing Good as we celebrate Darwin Day this year amongst the dinosaurs and look at some rather direct evidence of evolution. We’ve reserved space at Dinosaur Journey for a potluck and cake to celebrate the insights and profound changes Charles Darwin helped bring the world. There will be bonus points for everyone who brings an appropriately themed dish or for anyone who can provide the scientific names of ingredients in their dish. If you don’t have time to make a dish, feel free to pick up something quick to share. Everyone attending will be able to tour the exhibits and truly walk amongst the giants of the past.
We will be collecting donations to help partially offset the expense of this event. We are suggesting that annual dues-paying members of Humanists Doing Good donate $5 per person attending and that non dues-paying members donate $8 per person to our organization at the event. Children are welcomed and we suggest a donation of $5 per attending child. All suggested donations are less than standard admission rates.
Let's have a great time as we celebrate and show our support for science!
