We invite you to join us for a special concert performance by Tom Neilson as we raise funds to carry out good deeds in our local community. Tom Neilson is a folk musician and Humanist from Western Massachusetts who does political satire and general social commentary. He has a long history of activism in the various realms of human rights and environmentalism. There will also be a chili dinner and chance to meet and talk with fellow community members before the concert begins. A few local organizations including the Colorado Mesa University Secular Student Alliance, Great Old Broads for Wilderness, Center for Spiritual Living and Grand Valley Peace and Justice will be present to provide information, offer ways you can get involved and to tell about their efforts to promote positive change.

Some of Tom Neilson's Achievements:
Winner - Kerrville Folk Festival
Winner – South Florida Folk Festival
Independent Music Awards People’s Choice Song of the Year

Creative & compelling; skewers the outrageous behavior of the greedy & powerful in corporations, the media & government. People’s Voice Café Collective, NYC
