Randy Theo spent 27 years with the Boy Scouts of America from 1989 until 2015. He was an executive with the Boy Scouts in Kansas, Colorado, Minnesota, and various places in Texas. During his career, he helped organize over 250 packs and troops, oversaw the recruitment of over 10,000 scouts, and was raising $2 million per year at his peak.
