What we're about

This is a group for anyone who love FITness or wants to become more FIT! We offer group fitness classes for ALL levels. We integrate TRX suspension trainer, Kettlebells, Bosu Balls, Battle ropes and dumbells into our weekly workouts to help you reach your BEST! Everyday we offer different workouts, so whether you are just a beginner or a competitive athlete, we have something to help you!

Classes are instructed by Certified Personal Trainers so you know you will get the best workout and results possible. Typical clients will burn 400-800 calories an hour with some up to 1000. We looking forward to "meet up" with you!
