What we're about

This is a group for anyone interested in fitness, weight loss, wellness, healthy living, etc. All fitness levels are welcome. I started this group to help people meet there fitness goals, show them you do not have to waste 1 to two hours in a gym to see results, and to meet other fitness enthusiasts. Looking forward to our short high intensity workout. We will meet once a week. Will keep you posted of location and time in HP.
