Dear Self Improvers,
These short taster workshops are all interconnected and based around reducing stress in our lives. Each one deals with a different aspect of what causes stress and involves techniques using Hypnosis and CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy).
They are held on the 1st Saturday on each month and are looking at Stress Management, Confidence Building, Weight Management and Goal Direction.
They are a fun way to spend a Saturday afternoon and I guarantee you will leave feeling far more relaxed and in control than when you first came in.
