Have you ever felt like you were not enough? I know I have!
Growing up, I wasn’t given the opportunity to talk openly, I didn’t know how to express myself, or manage my emotions. I was raised to believe that who I was on the outside was more important than who I was on the inside. I didn’t feel worthy. I didn’t believe I was enough.
After going through therapy, reading numerous inspirational books, and creating a consistent yoga and meditation practice, I discovered how to accept myself. I began using mindbody medicine tools to heal my negative thoughts and transform my mindset into a positive one. I became emotionally stronger.
I know I am not alone in this journey. I know that there are many other people who struggle to love, honor, and accept themselves. I wanted to create a safe space for people to gather, heal, and feel supported. That’s why I created a workshop called “ I Am Enough”.
In this workshop, you'll learn how to use mindbody medicine tools for healing negative thoughts to transform your mindset into a positive one, reduce physical stress and anxiety, improve your personal body image, and ultimately enhance your wellbeing.
