With this initial meeting, there will be a bit of 'feeling out' to understand how we can all benefit from each other's travel experiences. In order to make good use of everyone's time, we will stick with the following format for meeting #1:
7:00 - 7:20 - Check-in, Meet + Greet
7:20 - 7:30 - Introductions, Goals of Meeting
7:30 - 8:00 - Conversation on Creative Ways to Keep Budget Down (Housesitting, WorkAway, Etc)
8:00 - 8:30 - Break-up into smaller groups to discuss desired destinations
8:30 - 8:45 - Final Thoughts
8:45+ - Networking
*Food and drinks will be available for purchase at the KOC bar.
We will all wear a sticker (provided upon arrival) that displays:
* Your next dream (or planned) trip
* Location that you have been and can share advice about
By doing this it will help us understand who can help the members live out our best vacations or long-term travel plans.
For future meetings, we can narrow in on particular topics that the members want to discuss based on feedback.
