The session will be a practical experience of breathing techniques and meditation to increase energy, achieve a balance in the mind, and feel more relaxed and peaceful.
Today's World is fast-paced, and the mind is racing all the time. Just as we retire to bed at the end of each day, our mind needs to retire for a few minutes each day to regain its ability to work better. The activity in this class involves conscious relaxation of the mind and body. Just a few minutes of conscious relaxation is equal to 3 hours of deep sleep.
'Breathing is the new yoga' as an article published in the Vogue says. Breathing helps to clear up the mind. Just as we have dental hygiene, breathing techniques and meditation work to keep our mental hygiene!
No experience required. All are welcome to join. No change of clothes required.
