Mastering Meditation

We will be meeting for relaxing yoga and meditation session at Andrew Park. We start with gentle yoga, followed by breathing exercises to calm the mind and finally slip into guided meditation. Begin your weekend with by stretching your body and stretching your mind. Bring your yoga mat and water bottles. It's open for all so invite all your friends and let's heal ourselves.
