The I Meditate Woodbridge Meetup Group welcomes all who would like to experience powerful tools to de-stress, refresh and live happily at all levels of existence, i.e. physical, mental and emotional. We hold yogic breathing and meditation events regularly for the community. We also have events that feature culture, Ayurveda and health. It's fun! Existence is a Fact... Living is an Art... Some of the ingredients of the meetup will include the following:

1. Powerful breathing techniques to eliminate stress and tension
2. Skills for improving relationships at home and work
3. Tools, through meditation and yoga, to handle the mind and negative emotions
