This is a group for anyone interested in trying out meditation, learning to meditate or looking to deepen existing personal practice. The aim is to improve our mental and emotional wellbeing, to find true happiness and take control of our lives. And yes, meditation can make that happen if we persist in our practice.
You are welcome to join us for weekly guided meditation sessions ( it's ok to bring along your friends too). We will be using very simple and gentle concentration techniques, so ALL skill levels are welcome.
