Are you interested to attend and/or help to organise a first annual all-day MeetUp of all three IAF England & Wales regional facilitation meetup groups, in central Birmingham on the Saturday of International Facilitation Week (, October 22?

Shall we go it alone, or in partnership with the local group of another association with common interests and members such as IABC (, IIBA (, CMI (, IMEX (, ABPCO ( ?

IAF Netherlands have been running a one-day annual conference successfully for years, this year with an optional extra half-day as well 'for fans' - see I dare say there are plenty of other models we could draw on for inspiration...

We have a meeting room booked with space for 50 cabaret style or 100 theatre style, that can be divided into two for break-out sessions. Depending on how many registrations we get we could book additional break-out rooms as well.

IAF E&W has agreed to underwrite the venue costs to allow only a token fee to be charged to attendees to enable us to know better who and how many to expect, say £10 each. To keep it simple we could bring our own lunches or go out to lunch in small groups at the many eateries nearby.
