The holiday season is upon us, and to celebrate the spirit of generosity we’ve got an amazing and heartwarming meeting planned for you this December!

As many of you know, ICOR lost a great friend, investor, and mentor last year. John Fisher’s incredible passion for real estate and his willingness to mentor and guide others touched many in the ICOR community. We are thrilled to pay homage to his legacy by hosting the second annual ICOR Investor Auction! Many of our best investors from all three ICOR chapters have come together to donate their time to raise money for a local charity, Rocky Mountain Human Services: Military and Veterans Programs. Many of these investors have committed to matching their winning bid. Here’s the deal- you’ll have the opportunity to win an exclusive eight hours with a seasoned investor from your community. Together you can analyze a deal, build a business plan, or play golf! It’s up to you… We just ask you to come prepared to bid in memory of a great friend.

Rocky Mountain Human Services: Military & Veteran Programs | Under the best of circumstances, the transition from a military career to civilian life can be challenging. The Military & Veteran Programs offered by Rocky Mountain Human Services (RMHS) are designed to ease that transition through services to help our nation’s heroes, along with their families, reconnect with family and friends and pursue fulfilling, meaningful lives. RMHS offers several distinct programs to those who have served in the military. Through generous funding from the Veterans Administration, the U.S. Department of Labor, the Colorado Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, businesses, foundations and individuals, RMHS assists active duty military personnel and Veterans with a variety of services to enhance their physical and mental well-being, ease their transition to civilian life, and restore their pride.
