Details

For those of you who've never been, this is a very positive, energizing event! Almost everyone who stops by is genuinely curious about what we're about. Often those who come over to talk are excited and relieved to know there are other Atheists/Humanists in this town and to find out about FAR and the IEAAH. We have our own self published as well as American Humanist Association pamphlets.

There are several well-seasoned regulars who attend you can learn from if you simply want to observe and not engage with others. Don't worry because our regulars are kind, patient and represent our community in a very positive way, never attacking or trying to "best" or be adversarial. This is outreach primarily, looking for the like-minded and offering community.

Look for space BB near the corner of 6th and State Street on the same side as Caprice Cafe. We're often next to "Soaring Swine Acres"! We're about the 4th space from 6th Street not counting the corner spaces.

Come on out everyone is welcome!

There are MANY ways you can help with this event!
1) The cost of the booth is $50.00, so please consider donating a $ or 2 by clicking the "chip-in" button on this site. It is easy to use! We'll also be happy to take your check or check us out on Patreon.com
2) Help set up the booth: if all you have time for is to help set it up, that'd be totally okay! You can help mount it, and then go if you need to.
3) Help tear it down: If all you have time for is to help tear down the booth, that'd be just fine!
4)Support: If you are shy about working the booth, come show up anyway and just hang out (on the other side!) It looks great to have a large gathering of people outside the booth.
5) If you can work it, but can't stay the entire time, no problem. Just let us know what you're able to work.

• What to bring
We need at least 2 people for set up and 2 people for tear down. Consider bringing some bottled water. We have 4 chairs, so possibly bring your own lawn chair, sunglasses, and hat in the summer.
