Let's meet online using the video meeting platform, Zoom. You can stay home and stay safe while I lead us in a some Mindfulness exercises.
When you RSVP, type in your email so that I can invite you into the meeting on Sunday @ 9:30 am. To join, click on the link in the email invitation and I'll meet you then along with all the other participants who RSVP'd.
Mindfulness meditation research has shown to be very beneficial for our mental, emotional, and physical health. Come to have fun, learn, grow, and be a part of a new group of people…people who are present and living for this life – not the after life!
• What to bring
No materials needed. Beginners are welcome. I will teach about the mind/body connections, lead you in an experience of mindfulness meditation, and then we can have a time of discussion and conversation.
