Overall synopsis:
If you’re new to Agile, have only been on training, or have had experience with Agile but are looking for a safe space to experiment and learn more about being a BA in an increasingly Agile world, then these sessions are for you.
All sessions will cover a mix of theory and practical exercises in a fun, collaborative setting.

Session 3: Advanced skills for the Agile BA
When a team has read all the books and attending all the training, perhaps there’s a little bit of art behind the science of being an Agile BA.
In this session, participants will learn the nuances of the key soft skills required to thrive in an Agile environment - facilitation, negotiation and understanding complexity - and practicing these in exercises designed to cause uncertainty and confusion. After all, the problems we face aren’t often solved by black and white thinking.
