Come and Flex your mussels - Loosen your grip – and Expand your possibilities!!

Being There Productions and INSTANT THEATRE would like to meet some of its New members and introduce them to some of its Old (Very!!!) die-hard talented actors!!

Come and Join us on Sunday the 29th June for a FREE Day of fun and surprises.... This will be intimate and challenging, funny, profound and silly... An opportunity to ‘Be There’ and connect authentically to the moment, the space and the other actors in your scenes...

Please Read ‘’About Us’' and look at the ‘’Pages’’ on this site to learn about method and concept!

We will get going with quick-fire scenes using the INSTANT THEATRE cards and later we will work with some scripted scenes and monologues using ‘’Being There’’ and ‘’Face The Space’’ techniques to move out of the tight comfort zone and into a magnificent, fresh, creative field.... Yeah !!

If you haven’t sampled this method before – Sunday 29th June is the day!!

Check out our testimonials (in ''Pages'') but here are a few to get you going!

We look forward to playing the cards with you and making some Fantastic, Spell-binding INSTANT THEATRE !!

**Thank you Diana, for the most innovative, creative, insightful and artistically engaging workshop that I have ever been to. Learnt so much. Within two workshops with you, I have developed more than I did at Drama School. Really enjoy working with you all. Thank you so much, cannot wait for the next one. Keep shining. XX ** (Hayley Wagner - INSTANT THEATRE - Brighton - March 2014)

** I found (In Instant Theatre) that there was the room to communicate in a way you would do everyday if there weren't other things to consider. It provided the room to be yourself and left it up to you whether you make the most of that. Diana was as on the ball as you can be, remembering what everyone had said and done thereby giving the spontaneity of the say a thread which brought it all together. Well done x**(Jo Burnand - INSTANT THEATRE -London - Jan 2013)

**Absolutely brilliant. No exaggeration to say I laughed and cried.**(Alix McKensie - INSTANT THEATRE - Brighton - Nov 2013)
