Agile Adoption Stories - Evolving to Agile

Join us for a presentation by Matt Block as he shares an agile adoption story. There are many sources of information about agile adoption in an enterprise environment. This is the story of agile adoption at a small, organic growth, enterprise SaaS software company. We will discuss the problems experienced before adopting agile, problems experienced during adoption, and problems still experiencing. The story will also touch on action taken to address these problems, both successfully and unsuccessfully.

Discussion will be open for questions and dialogue so come share your experiences and get insight from others who have used different approaches. See how this is similar to your environment and get ideas to incorporate into your practices.

We look forward to seeing you there!

Food will be provided compliments of TEKsystems.

A great sharing of an Agile adoption story. Thank you, Matt, for breaking down your experience applying Agile and handling all of the questions that arose throughout the evening. Really great discussion!

Matt Block delivered a good presentation of how his IT group was able to adapt an agile development methodology and learn from the mistakes to create a successful out come. Matt was also able to successfully field all the questions the iraug members tossed at him. Matt's experience was a great lesson to those of us who are in the process of adopting an agile approach to project management/development.
