I Run My Body is for anyone who wants to be healthy, fit or would like to lose weight.    This group will provide support and a positive atmosphere.  We believe fitness should be fun!   Experience a variety of workouts outdoor such as hiking, walking, running, Zumba, Dance and Bootcamp style.  No need to be intimidated this is a supportive group that will encourage you to keep going and ultimately achieve your fitness  goal.  See you soon!!
