Androgyny- refers to the combination of masculine and feminine characteristics

This shamanic workshop is for those who feel, and want to access, the parts of themselves who are beyond, or both, male and female. Whether you feel the two energies clearly within you, or you want to activate/explore your masculine or feminine this circle we will ask these parts to speak up for themselves so we can use all of our strengths. The dominant culture has long said one has to be one or the other...however, indigenous cultures all over the world have always had some version of "the third sex" (, and often the 'shaman' or healer ( was/is able to access their balanced nature within, to be the one to balance between the worlds for healing information. The "Blended Spirit" person's life experience can manifest in many ways, including a variety in gender expression as well as sexual identity. Whether "gay" "straight" or somewhere in between, if you are on a healing path, and feel called by Spirit to walk between the worlds, there might be someone inside who wants to "come out" to help bring more balance to your life.

This is a big topic, well grounded in ancient culture and anthropological study. If you are interested in deepening your relationship with ALL of you, come join in and we'll explore!

We will go on two shamanic journeys, with opportunity to share after each. People in circle can share what they want, sharing is not required.

Your guide is Quynn Red Mountain, called Oolah by her Spirit World (meaning One Who Balances). Quynn will tell stories of her experiences during this circle. Image below is of Quynn.

If you want to come, but do not want to RSVP, just show up. We close the door at 6:45.

This workshop is offered by a sliding scale of $5-$20. Thank you for your generosity!
