There is a tent camping more traditional event posted on the group. Read the comments for the link to that one.

Yosemite is that amazing place you want to go but have not yet. You have heard it's amazing but you did not want to go on your own and none of your friends were willing to join you or be adventurous. And most of all . . .you wanted something better than a tent.

Then this is the event for you!!

The Glamping will be in cabins with carpet and indoor flush toilets, shower and a kitchen and a fridge too!! Yes. A bed with sheets!!!!

Includes two nights gourmet cooked meal. And breakfasts and some misc cabin snacks (nosh bites) too.

BUT WAIT, . . . . steps away is an indoor and an outdoor heated pool AND an indoor Jacuzzi. As well as convenience store and restaurant AND bar. Within staggering distance back to the cabin.

This will cover three nights (Fri, Sat Sun).
Endless firewood provided.
Indoor and outdoor heated pool.
Indoor Jacuzzi.
En suite restrooms and shower. Kitchen and a fridge too!! A real bed with sheets!!!!
Includes Dinner on Sat eve of fresh made Bouillabaisse (with sides).
Sun eve dinner is more simple. Likely Salmon planked herbed lemon fillet.
Includes simple breakfast on Sat, Sun, Monday.
And all the activities that are led in the park.

More about fresh made Bouillabaisse (with sides). Bouillabaisse is traditionally made with shellfish and fish. This will be made in split batches to accommodate dietary needs. Options of traditional, or fish only, or shellfish only. Or vegan and vegetarian (no fish). There will also be the option to replace with meat. Although we are getting close to Jambalaya territory at that point.

More about Salmon. (you might say) I don't like fish ( or I only eat meat) or I am vegan.
I will make a vegan alternative. But I will not make a meat alternative on Sunday eve. I you don't like fish you can have the vegan alternative. One will be fresh falafel, tabbouleh, etc . . . The other vegan option will be more chef'd up and is as yet un-decided.

Not Included.
Drinks (booze)
Lunches. There is a convenience store close and a grocery store a little more distance. But still close. Restaurant options are close also. Of course bring food with too for lunch and snacks.
Entrance to the park is not included. Park Entry is $35 per car. BUT we will carpool. AND If you have (or one person in the car has) a National Parks card . . . then it is covered (free).
If one person in the car wants to by a parks pass at the gate ($80 for a year) . . . that will work. And if 4 in the car that's $20 per person.
Park Pass for senior is $20 for a year. So if there is senior in the car better to get an annual pass for them and get in. And go with $5 per person if 4 in the car. Since there is so much uncertainty on exactly who will be in what car: Park Entry decided by each carload.

Enough about accommodations. Tell me about how amazing Yosemite is.
