Color float

Hoping we’ll have pretty weather and fall colors!! We will stop at Potter Bridge for a break and a snack. Total distance little less than 10 miles. We will need volunteers for the shuttle.

Please arrive by 10:00 AM, so we can shuttle no later than 10:20 and be on the water by 11 AM.

At this time the water levels are passable, should it become too low, we’ll figure what we want to do… please be sure to recheck updates.

Sorry no rental. We are going from public launch sites

Suggested items to bring: Wide brimmed hat, sun block, hand sanitizer, sunglasses, large sponge, bilge pump or container to bail out water, water, snacks, towel, change of clothes, water shoes, paddling gloves, rain gear, bug spray, safety whistle, camera, flashlight/headlamp, a sense of adventure, and a good dose of humor.
For clothing try to use something other than cotton, especially if the weather is cool. Polypropylene or polyester are good choices since neither holds water and they wick moisture away from you.
