Hi guys,

We are back with the cooking classes.

Learn to cook authentic Indian home-cooked food using ingredients easily available in Tokyo and enjoy eating full meal that you just learnt in a comfortable home environment. Food is easy to make yet healthy and delicious. We will share interesting facts, tips and stories relating to the ingredients, cooking style and Indian eating customs to understand how the flavors work with each other.


a. Kadhai Paneer (Stir fried cottage cheese curry) - mouthwatering combination of Indian cottage cheese , green bell pepper, tomato, onion and traditional indian spices

b. Dal Makhani (beans and lentil curry) - lentils and beans mixed in creamy onion tomato gravy

c. Tofu chapati/Roti (wheat flat bread) - wheat flour and tofu mixed flat bread

d. Matar pulao (Peas rice) - basmati rice mixed with peas and mildly flavored with the aromatic spices

e. Cardamom flavored Lassi (sweet)

Complementary: Refreshing freshly prepared Indian tea served after lunch

Class format:

1) Classes will be held in simple English in homely environment.

2) All essential items provided in class. If possible, please bring an apron and a pen.


¥5,500/person which you can pay at the event. Request you to give very genuine confirmation as it is for limited people. We would NOT recommend any cancellations after 2 days prior to the class as we need to buy ingredients and do the preparation accordingly. Thank you for your understanding.
