What we're about

This is a group for those of us who try to be healthy but we’re not perfect. We can always do a little bit better and we’re willing to make small changes to do so. This will not be a hard core exercise or nutrition group but rather a group who is open to learning and trying new things. We will explore new ways to get better-physically and mentally. I’ll be open to new ideas if you are!
