This is a group for everyone who is interested in wellness and wants to learn more about improving their lifestyle using natural solutions such as meditations, mindfulness practices, pure essential oils, and more. It doesn't matter if you are new to holistic health approach (body, mind, spirit) or have some knowledge and practice already. In open discussion, we talk about different ways to integrate a holistic approach into your daily habits and your lifestyle and share some practices.

So if you are looking to experience new and natural solutions for your health goals, experience beautiful group energy with a guided meditation at the beach, and perhaps meet some likeminded people - you are very welcome to join us!

Balancing Your Chakras

San Clemente Pier

We meet at the closest table by San Clemente Pier train station (across from Bear Coast Coffee), and after walk down to the beach. So bring your favorite drink, something to seat on (towel/mat) and something to write on if you like to make notes. My part will take about 20 to 30 minutes in which I cover basic intro to our chakras and introduce essential oils as a great tool to help with physical well-being and spiritual growth. We will talk about how to use the oils in addition to other tools like yoga and meditation to help bring balance to your chakra system. So be ready to have fun, chat, ask questions and enjoy some samples :) the meeting will go for about one hour, including enough time for Q&A's, a short guided meditation and sunset watching afterwards. Power of Emotional Intelligence

We meet at the closest table by San Clemente Pier train station (across from Bear Coast Coffee) and walk down to the beach. In this MeetUp, we will talk about the science behind the Power of Emotions, what kind of Emotions we are experiencing on a daily basis and how they affect our body and our organs, how to deal with those emotions using specific techniques. Also, we will discuss how to use tools like yoga, meditation, and essential oils to bring more understanding and support to your emotions. So be ready to have fun, chat, ask questions :) The meeting will go for about one hour, including enough time for Q&A's, a short guided meditation. Please, send your RSVP by 8 pm Saturday
