What we're about

This meetup is great for anyone looking to bring out their inner child. To find more spontaneity in themselves. To embrace each moment. For clarity, self exploration, awakening, and living the life you truly desire.

We will conduct strategies for acceptance of offers from ourselves and others. We will play some games which are part of improvisation, but also can be applied in real life. We will also explore meditation, breathing, visualization, stretching and other strategies to change our thoughts towards what we truly want in life.

No experience is required to join this group, only a willingness to follow the rules, be respectful of other's experience, and openness to accept, elevate and encourage others' offers.

This group is for real, in-person conversations, accepting offers with open and honest intentions. It is always safe and respectful to share your thoughts and spontaneity, and to explore your thoughts.

Come alone, bring a friend, or ten. I look forward to growing with you.
